Three Downloadable Shopping Lists to Reduce Stress & Increase Creativity

Shopping listWhew! Sorry y’all haven’t heard from me in a while. But I’ve been so excited to let folks do the “If You Like” posts that I’ve let them have center stage here at Brain Candy. We’ll have some other great IYL posts coming up this month, starting with Jeannie Ruesch’s If You Like Judith McNaught on Thursday!

I’m not doing a full-blown organization column this year (I know you’re happy!), but I will post little tidbits every so often because I struggle to stay organized. And the better organized I am, the more I can write because my stress is down and my creativity is UP!

One thing I’ve done in the past few months is begin using pre-made shopping lists. They hang on the side of the fridge, convenient for when someone says, “We’re out of mayo.” I keep a double-ended pen on the fridge too – one side a black pen and the other a highlighter so I can just swipe the highlighter over an item already on the list. Honestly, I feel like a genius :-).

So today, I’m sharing my lists with you. I have three – regular grocery store, Trader Joe’s, and Target. I’m including both a pdf copy and a .docx file (so you can customize). Just be aware that the font in the .docx file might change if you don’t own the font I used.

Hope these lists free you up for more reading or creative work!

Today is Facebook’s birthday, so take a sec and share this post so your friends can be less stressed too!
